Synopsis
Narrator: Our lives are composed of ups and downs. When special moments come into our lives, maybe when it's time to weep or time to dance, who do you think of first? Your parents? Boyfriends or girlfriends? Your best friend? There must be one particular person whom you'd like to share these moments with. At least I do.
The following story talks about establishing an intimate and personal relationship with a unique individual. His name is Jesus. There are many ways to call him: “Son of God,” “Son of Man,” “Master,” or “Lord.” Jesus came to this world from heaven to give us the best gift in the world—himself. He came to and still lives among you and me to go through good and bad seasons: sad moments, happy moments, moments that you don't know how to describe but leave marks in your heart.
A few months ago people celebrated his birthday, although most people in this generation relate this special day to gifts and Santa Claus. “Jesus” has become just a religious figure or a dead person in history. Besides, you might wonder: How do I make friends with someone whom I can't see nor touch? Moreover, if he really is the God, why would he humble himself and become my friend?
Reasonable doubts. Four people, Paul, Steve, Tiffany and Grace are here to share with us how they each established a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus and collectively without actually seeing him. Paul and Tiffany had heard of Jesus, but considered his coming to the world as nothing but an “historical event.” Steve and Grace, however, testified how Jesus' friendship and unconditional love influenced their lives as well as their friends'. They now call him "the best friend in life."
